*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (ship to our store and ship back to you).
For cleaning services: we would like to ask you to provide either photos or a video.
For repair services: please provide a 360-degree video clearly showing the condition of the shoes.
Additionally, include details of the shoe purchased price, brand, and any specific needs (such as unyellowing the soles). After reviewing your provided media and understanding your requirements, our customer service team will confirm the quote. If you’re satisfied with the price, you can then send your shoes to us.
Once your shoes arrive at our store, we will record a video of the unboxing to ensure their condition. If we find out any damage, we will send a video to you for confirmation. A video will send to you after clean/repair. Also, attach tracking numbers.
